Bodice - Maroon-red bodice with an elongated green, red, black, and light blue patterned stomacher panel with cross-cross lacing. The sides of the bodice are cut high over the hips. There is a low, square-shaped neckline trimmed with white lace. There are also rows of white lace at the sleeve cuffs. The bodice has hook-and-eye closures in the back.
Skirt - Patterned black, red, green, and light blue full-length skirt that matches the pattern on the bodice's stomacher. There is a horizontal strip of black eyelet trim near the bottom hem.
Hat - Black felt wool hat with a full, round brim and a low crown. There is an ostrich plume rising out of the side of the hat.
Fan - White lace hand-held fan with gold metallic paint decorations.
Gloves - White elbow-length gloves.
