Headpiece - Ornate silver sequin showgirl-style headpiece. The headpiece leaves the top of the head exposed, and there are five points that rise out of the base in a Lady Liberty-inspired crown. Red, white, and blue plume flowers rise out of the top of the points. At the crown, there are blue sequins with red sequin trim. The headpiece attaches with an elasticized strap that reaches under the chin.
Top - Silver bra-style halter top covered in silver sequins. The top ties around the neck and at the middle of the back with silver ribbons. There are silver beaded fringe rows with metal coins hanging down from the top.
Waistband - Silver belt with blue beaded fringe hanging from the hem. There is a buckle closure in the front.
Feather Bustle - Blue and white feather pack attached to an adjustable belt worn around the waist. The belt is decorated with bead strands and fringe.
Wand - Silver sequin wand with red sequin trim and blue and white ostrich feather plumes.
Gloves - White opera-length gloves.
