Shipping:
We primarily ship via your choice of USPS or UPS services, however if you prefer a different carrier we're happy to oblige, please contact us. Delivery confirmation is included free with U.S. packages. Most orders ship within 1 business day, we will contact you if your order is delayed for any reason. Orders with expedited shipping are processed in an expedited manner. We process orders, ship packages, and answer email and phone calls during our regular business hours Monday through Friday.
All items are securely packed. We will replace or refund merchandise that arrives damaged or destroyed in transit. Please contact us at service@bostoncostume.com if this happens, and include your order number in the subject. We DO ship internationally, however there are some restrictions on our liability depending on the destination country.
Return Policies:
Boston Costume™ has a no return policy. We do not accept returns unless there are unusal circumstances which are determined on a case by case basis; items returned to us without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund. This policy does not mean that we are not willing to solve problems that might arise from ordering online. We are happy to discuss your particular case with you at service@bostoncostume.com or by phone at 617-482-1632. We answer email and phone calls during our regular business hours Monday through Friday.
Some important things to consider before asking for a return authorization:
-Boston Costume™ will accept returns for product(s) damaged in transit.
-Boston Costume™ will accept returns for mistakes we may make during the order process.
-If the item you have received is unsatsifatory in some way we only consider returns when the product is in its original condition and has not been used.
-Returns can be for store credit or a charge card credit (to the card originally used).
-Returns must be packed and sealed securely (in original package, if possible). Please note the reason for return.
