A lightweight foam red, silver, and blue metallic Uncle Sam hat. The top section of the hat is red and silver stripes, and then there is a blue band with silver stars. There is a round brim that keeps its shape with a wire around the outer edge. The hat may need to be stuffed with newspaper to keep its height. One size fits most.
