Dress - A stars-and-stripes dress with a red and white vertical-striped long skirt, blue and white starred hip flounces, and a red bodice with a white stomacher with gold ribbon criss-cross trim, and red and white puff sleeves.
Cap - Blue and white star patterned elasticized cap with lace around the edge.

Headpiece - Ornate silver sequin showgirl-style headpiece. The headpiece leaves the top of the head exposed, and there are five points that rise out of the base in a Lady Liberty-inspired crown. Red, white, and blue plume flowers rise out of the top of the points. At the crown, there are blue sequins with red sequin trim. The headpiece attaches with an elasticized strap that reaches under the chin.
Top - Ornate silver beaded and jeweled bra-style top that closes in the back with hook-and-eye closures. Strands of silver beads hang straight down from the center, and hang down in a semi-circle from the rest of the top.
Belt - Matching ornate beaded and jeweled silver wide belt. Strands of silver beads hang straight down from the center in the front nad back, and hang down in semi-circles from the sides.
Necklace - Matching silver beaded and jeweled choker.
