Top - Antique, authentic Victorian Bustle-era maroon and black top. There is a high black lace collar. The top is decorated with black piping along the shoulders and upper sleeves. There is cream-colored piping in a swirl-pattern along the chest. The front of the top has vertical rows of tucks, and a black vertical panel at the center. The top has hook-and-eye closures in the front.
Skirt - Black full-length skirt with a decorative ruffle near the bottom hem.
Train - Detachable train worn on an elastic strap that goes around the wearer's waist. The train is metallic black and bronze, with multiple layers to enhance the bustle silhouette. The bottom layer of the train reaches down to the floor and has decorative flower appliqués.
Gloves - Black opera-length dress gloves.
Hat - Black velvet miniature top hat with a saddled brim. There are decorative black plumes rising out of one side of the brim. There are black ribbons to tie under the wearer's chin.
Bustle pad - Lightweight stuffed pad attached to a sash worn tied around the waist.
Petticoat - Petticoat under-skirt worn over the bustle pad.
