Dress - Light pink dress with large yellow polka dots. There is a sailor-style white collar with navy blue stripes, and a blue, green, and red flower-print bowtie at the neck. The short sleeves are made of matching blue, green, and red flower-print fabric and cinch in at the cuffs with elastic, which creates a small ruffle effect. There is white trim around the bottom hem of the dress. The dress zips up in the back.
Bloomers - Light pink bloomers with large yellow polka dots, worn underneath the dress.
Hat - Light pink mob cap with large yellow polka dots. The cap cinches in with elastic, and then flares out into soft ripples with white trim around the perimeter.
