Jacket - Deluxe-quality tails coat with a paisley/brocade pattern. The lapels have black facing, and there are decorative silver buttons on the front and at the wrist cuffs. There is a black satin-feel inner lining.
Waistcoat - Black tuxedo-style waistcoat with dots of red glitter over the front. There is a black satin shawl collar, with three satin-covered buttons in the front and slit pockets.
Shirt - Bright yellow button-up character shirt with yellow ruffles on the front.
Pants - Black corduroy cropped pants that reach down to just above ankle-length. There are black leather accents near the waist.
Hat - Sturdy tall bell-topper hat covered in an earth-toned paisley-brocade patterned fabric. There is a bright red sash around the brim that ties in back and hangs down the neck. There are silver stem charms coming out of the brim in front, and a peacock feather coming out of the brim in back. The top has red, white, and blue ribbon accents.
Tie - Bright yellow old-fashioned pre-tied floppy bow tie. The tie is on an adjustable strap that fits around the wearer's neck.
Gloves - Choice of red or white short dress gloves.
Stockings - Argyle-patterned wool knee-length stockings.
