Skirt - Bright red full-length skirt with rows of ruffles at the bottom hem. The skirt has an elasticized waistband for an adjustable, comfortable fit.
Blouse - Gauzy, flowy off-white blouse with lace around the neckline and at the sleeves. The mid-section of the skirt has elasticized smocking for a fitted effect. The sleeves flare out past the elbows.
Shawl - Triangular black shawl with long tassels. The shawl can be worn over the shoulders or tied around the waist.
Petticoat - Black and red ruffled net crinoline petticoat worn underneath the skirt for extra volume. The petticoat has an elasticized waistband.
