Skirt - Steel-blue full-length skirt. The skirt is narrow, and cut straight, inspired by 1912-era hobble skirts. The fabric has a subtle striped and flowered pattern.
Cape - Navy blue faux-velvet cape that reaches down to roughly waist length. The collar has a white ruffled edge. The cape is open in the front, and has a Velcro closure at the throat.
Bonnet - Matching navy blue faux-velvet bonnet with a white ruffled edge. There are white ribbons that tie underneath the chin, and a drawstring at the back that will adjust to fit a variety of sizes.
Muff - Faux-fur hand warmer.
