Head - Soft pith helmet with a painted latex head attached. This adds 8" of height to the wearer. A faux beard is attached to the mask. A wire bound in elastic fits under the chin of the wearer. The jaw of the orc is hinged, allowing the wearer to open and close the orc mouth.

Torso- Large torso piece with attached skirting and biceps. A foam understructure sits on the shoulders of the wearer. This gives the illusion of massive shoulders. The chest and skirting are decorated with plastic bones. The arms of the wearer fit inside the biceps. The orc body elements are polyethylene foam covered in spandex and faux fur. The distressed skirting is vinyl and fabric. Spiked armor consisting of foam covered in stretch metallic fabric adorns both shoulders along with faux skulls on spearheads.  

Hands/ Forearms- Soft hands are attached to structured foam coved in painted spandex, faux fur, and fabric. Spiked armor consisting of foam covered in stretch metallic fabric adorns both forearms. There are straps inside the hands for the wearer to grip. A plastic weapon can slide into the hand.

Feet/ Shins- Foam covered in spandex and vinyl. There is an open seam on the inner side of the leg. Vinyl straps close to secure the wearer's leg and foot inside the piece. Spiked armor consisting of foam covered in stretch metallic fabric adorns the shins.

Mask- Grey mask worn over the face to hide the features of the wearer.
