Jacket - Navy-blue and tan jacket with decorative gold buttons.
Waistcoat - Matching tan sleeveless vest with brass buttons.
Breeches - Tan knee-length breeches with an elasticized waistband.
Cape - Black heavy-weight collared cape with red satin lining.
Shirt - Lightweight white cotton collared character shirt. The wrists have white lace trim around the cuffs.
Jabot - Ruffled white collar that attaches around the neck with a Velcro strap.
Sash - Bright blue sash that crosses the body from one shoulder to the waist.
Boot Tops - Knee-high vinyl boot tops. Boot tops fit on over the wearer's regular black shoes and give the illusion of boots.
