Jumper - Navy blue wool pull-over shirt with a V-neck going into a square collar flap. The collar flap and wrist cuffs have three white stripes. The back of the collar has white stars in the corners. There is an eagle and red stripe insignia on the sleeve for an E-4 Petty Officer Third Class.
Pants - Navy blue wool full-length bell-bottom trousers.
Cap - Round, flat, cap with no visor. The cap has "U.S. Navy" embroidered around the band.
