Jumpsuit - White jumpsuit with orange, blue, red, and green polka dots covering the suit. There are three oversized red showloop fabric "buttons" running down the front of the suit. There is a neck ruff with matching white and polka dot fabric covered by a transparent layer of red fabric. The neck ruff ties around the wearer's neck with fabric ties. The suit cinches in at the wrist cuffs and pant cuffs with elastic, and then flares out into big ruffles.
Hat - Matching white pointed classic clown hat with orange, blue, red, and green polka dots. The hat is covered with an overlayer of red netting. There are red fabric "buttons" running down the front of the hat, with a red fabric pompom at the tip. The hat fits on the wearer's head with an elastic strap that runs under the chin.
